City of Twentynine Palms is hosting thier annual Fall Cleanup event on Saturday October 3rd, 2026, from 7AM-12PM.
Please enter on Wainwright Ave and follow all signage.
This event is being held behind the Luckie Park Activities center located at 74325 Joe Davis Drive, Twentynine Palms, CA 92277.
Accepted Items include mattresses, general trash, appliances, green waste, metal scrap, furniture, and e-waste.
Shred truck will be onsite throughout the event, limit 4 bankers style boxes per resident.
Compost will be available, please bring your own bags or containers. (Staff is not responsible for loading).

Here's something many people don't know: used motor oil never wears out.
When recycled properly, it can be cleaned and reused again and again.
Never pour used oil onto the ground, into storm drains, or in the trash. Instead, take it to a Certified Used Oil Collection Center.

Hoses, ropes, extension cords, and chains may seem recyclable, but they can wrap around sorting equipment, creating safety hazards for workers and causing costly delays.
Instead, place these items in the trash.

Before you throw away an old t-shirt, ask yourself one question:
Would I give this to a friend?
👕 Yes? Donate it so someone else can enjoy it.
🧽 No? Cut it into cleaning rags for the garage, workshop, or around the house.
Once it's no longer useful as a rag, then it's time to throw it away in the trash.
