๐จ Hazardous Materials Incident โ Vallejo ๐จ
This afternoon at approximately 1:40 PM, the Vallejo Fire Department responded to a reported hazardous materials incident at 444 Tennessee Street (Vallejo Inn).
Upon arrival, crews located an unidentified hazardous material inside a 5-gallon bucket, which warranted a full HazMat response. As a precaution, the property was evacuated to ensure the safety of occupants.
The Solano County Hazardous Materials Team conducted entry operations and tested the material, which was identified as methamphetamine. The material has been safely secured, and all roadways have reopened. Emergency personnel remain on scene to oversee the safe disposal of the hazardous material.
