We’re so grateful to the Fayette County Health Department for providing FREE blood pressure checks at the Senior Center on the first Tuesday of every month!

Regular blood pressure checks are a simple but important way to stay aware of your health, and we appreciate these wonderful ladies taking the time each month to make this service convenient and accessible for our local seniors.

We’re proud to support the third annual Sleigh-ing Hunger Food Drive, helping provide holiday blessing bags for more than 100 homebound seniors throughout Fayette County! Drop off donations September 1–December 3 here or any partner site:

A big thank-you to Dr. Kathryn Comstock and the Care Coordination team from SBL Fayette County Hospital for spending time with us today!

Our seniors enjoyed learning more about podiatric wellness and the important role foot health can play in staying active, comfortable, and independent.

We are grateful for community partners who share their time and expertise and help keep our seniors informed about their health and well-being. Thank you for a wonderful and informative visit! 💙

💙 WE NEED YOUR HELP TO KEEP FREE LAUNDRY DAY GOING!💛

AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP at the Fayette County Senior Citizen Center is proud to help continue Vandalia’s Free Laundry Day initiative — a program that gives local families a little breathing room when every dollar matters.

Funding generously provided by local churches will be exhausted in October, and we still need about $200 to keep Free Laundry Day available through the end of the year.

❤️ Every donation helps someone in our community leave with clean clothes and one less worry.
