From first strokes to stronger technique, there's a swim class for every young swimmer.

Registration is now open for Level 1-5 Learn-to-Swim lessons and Pre-Competitive Swim at the high school. Classes run from Oct. 3 through Nov. 21, and each class is limited to 12 students.

Senior Retreat wasn't a day off. It was a day of service.

The Class of 2027 spread out across the community, volunteering at organizations and locations including Ronald McDonald House, New Scotland Food Pantry, Beverwyck Retirement Community and Thacher State Park. Students also spent time supporting projects at our elementary school and high school.

Along the way, they gained hands-on experience, explored potential career interests and strengthened their connection to the community.

The Voorheesville Boys Varsity Golf team earned the 2026 Colonial Council Championship at Eagle Crest Golf Course. Congratulations to: Andreas A. Matteo D. Max D. Austin K. Keegan T. A special congratulations to coach Dr. McCormick for leading the team to a league title.

Whether you're looking to stay active, learn a new skill, get creative or connect with others, Voorheesville Continuing Education offers affordable learning opportunities for adults.

Unlike traditional substitute positions, these roles report to work every scheduled student attendance day and provide a consistent schedule. Positions are available at the elementary and middle/high school campuses.

School's out, but open swim is on!

Open swim is available this summer at the Clayton A. Bouton High School pool from 1 - 3 p.m. Monday - Thursday through August 6.

Please enter through the school's athletics entrance for open swim.

The cost is $2 for adults and $1 for children per session. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult while on school premises.
