Summer Reading starts June 5 -- and sign-ups are open now! Children ages 0-9 are invited to Unearth a Story, this year's Summer Reading theme celebrating discovery and the stories that connect us all. Weekly programs every Friday, June 5 through July 31. Also open for sign-ups: our Spanish Summer Reading Program for ages 10 and up. Create, act out, and illustrate original Spanish stories as a group -- no experience needed! Nancy Otott will lead a three-session Beginner Knitting Class series on Wednesdays, June 10, 17 and 24, from 6:30-8 p.m. at the Washington Public Library. We have some materials available, but please contact us for more materials list. Space may be limited -- don't wait!

Starting next week SPANISH Summer Reading -- Sign Up Now!
There's still time to sign up for our Spanish Summer Reading Program for ages 10 and up! Starting June 5, participants will learn the Super 7 vocabulary words through stories -- creating, acting out, and illustrating original Spanish stories as a group. By the end of the summer, we'll have our very own collection to share. Weekly on Fridays, June 5 through July 31. Sign up at
