Senior Spotlight: Isaac Lanigan 🎓

Isaac has been involved in 4-H for 4 years, starting at age 13. During that time, he has gained valuable leadership and interpersonal skills that he will carry with him into the future.
His favorite 4-H memory is serving as Chief, when younger members of his tribe told him he was a great role model, a moment that meant so much and reflects the positive influence he’s had on others.
After graduation, Isaac plans to attend West Virginia University to study Aerospace Engineering, with hopes of one day working on rockets that take people to space!
💭 Isaac’s advice to younger members:
“Be as involved as possible and take advantage of all the opportunities 4-H provides. You can grow so much as a person just by putting yourself out there and trying things.”

Senior Spotlight: Sydney DiGiovanni 🎓

Sydney has been involved in 4-H for 11 years, starting at 7 years old. Through her time in 4-H, she has developed strong leadership skills, learned valuable life lessons like money management and job interview etiquette, and discovered the importance of friendship and planning for the future.
One of her favorite 4-H memories is from the first year of Bro-Hio in 2022, when everything came together so naturally and created one of her most cherished camp experiences. She also holds close the moment she was awarded Spirit of Camp in 2023, an unexpected honor that reminded her of the positive impact she has made on others. 💚
After graduation, Sydney will attend Marshall University to pursue a degree in Respiratory Therapy.
💭 Sydney’s advice to younger members:
“Branch out and start conversations and let yourself act silly! Learn to appreciate camp traditions because they really create the togetherness that 4-H is all about.”
Congratulations, Sydney! We are so proud of you and can’t wait to see all you accomplish! 🎉
