🚨MEET THE TEAM🚨
We are excited to kick off meet the team! Each week we will share a photo and spotlight our amazing members!

This week we’re proud to highlight Matt Wolf

A dedicated member of our Search and Rescue team who brings a unique combination of technical skill, problem-solving ability, and local knowledge to every mission.
Matt has a talent for simplifying complex situations and finding creative solutions when challenges arise. His high technical aptitude, combined with his extensive knowledge of the region's geography and map navigation, makes him a valuable asset in the field. He is currently working toward obtaining his drone license, adding another tool to help our team serve the community more effectively.
Matt is CPR certified, a certified storm spotter, and is always looking for ways to expand his skills and better prepare for the unexpected.
When he’s not volunteering with SAR, Matt is a devoted husband and father who enjoys spending time outdoors. As an avid hunter with experience pursuing a variety of wildlife, he has developed a deep appreciation for the land and a strong understanding of the terrain we often work in.
Matt’s dedication to helping others, willingness to tackle difficult problems, and commitment to serving our community make him an important part of our team. We’re grateful to have him alongside us as we continue to answer the call when our community and first responders need us most.
Thank you, Matt, for your commitment to Search and Rescue! 💙🚁🧭

📸 Stay tuned- next week we will introduce more of the incredible faces behind Search and Rescue!

As always, now is a great time to serve our community and join us!

In recognition of the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance’s (CVSA) special five-day Human Trafficking Awareness Initiative (HTAI), we'd like to help bring awareness to Human Trafficking. This coordinated outreach effort brings together law enforcement agencies, transportation safety organizations, commercial motor vehicle drivers, trucking and motorcoach companies, and concerned citizens to raise awareness about the crime of human trafficking, the warning signs to look for and what to do if human trafficking is suspected.

Learn more about this initiative on the CVSA website here: https://cvsa.org/news/2026-wc-htai-underway/

This week we’re proud to highlight our Treasurer Kaycee Wolf

Kaycee Wolf — a dedicated leader, dependable teammate, life long resident of Crittenden County, loving mother, and driven nursing student who exemplifies what it means to serve others with heart and commitment.
As the Treasurer of Search and Rescue, Kaycee demonstrates extreme responsibility, organization, and reliability. Whether handling responsibilities behind the scenes or answering the call when duty arises, she consistently proves herself to be someone the team can count on in high-stress situations. Her calm mindset, determination, and readiness to respond make her an invaluable part of the SAR family.
Outside of Search and Rescue, Kaycee is a proud wife to Matt Wolf and a devoted mother of three. She balances service, education, and family life with remarkable strength and grace. As a mother, she leads by example — teaching resilience, compassion, responsibility, and the importance of hard work. Her nurturing nature and ability to remain composed under pressure reflect the same qualities that make her successful in SAR and in healthcare.
Currently a 4th semester nursing student, Kaycee continues to push herself academically and professionally while maintaining her dedication to her family and community. Her ability to thrive in demanding environments speaks volumes about her character and future in the medical field.
When she’s not studying, serving, or spending time with her family, Kaycee enjoys the outdoors and has extensive experience in wooded environments — another strength that supports her readiness in Search and Rescue operations. No matter the time or challenge, she is always prepared to answer the call.
Kaycee represents dedication, selflessness, and perseverance in every role she takes on, and Search and Rescue is fortunate to have her as part of the team.

📸 Stay tuned- next week we will introduce more of the incredible faces behind Search and Rescue!

As always, now is a great time to serve our community and join us!
