🌿 This Saturday, May 23rd, join us at the 7th Annual Christopher Street Charity Plant Sale from 9am–2pm at 11 Christopher Street in Wakefield! Browses variety of plants, flowers, vegetables, herbs, and more generously donated by local farms and nurseries. This special fundraiser is donation-based — “Pay what you can, take what you need” — with 100% of donations supporting WARM Center.

🎸 Then on Friday, May 29th, join us Under the Stars at the Charlestown Rathskeller for an unforgettable evening of live music with Nick Bosse! Enjoy great music, good company, and a relaxed outdoor atmosphere while helping create stability and housing for our neighbors. Tickets are $50 each.

What an incredible day for WARM Center and our community! ❤️

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the ribbon cutting and community cookout celebrating our new 58 Spruce project. This project was truly built by the community, for the community, and we are beyond grateful for every person, business, partner, volunteer, donor, and supporter who helped make it possible.

Being able to open these doors and share this space with all of you was such a special moment for our team. Together, we are creating stability, opportunity, and a path home for families in our community. And a special thank you to the Westerly High School Highland Grille and Westerly Police Department for hosting such a wonderful community cookout!

Today, we celebrate an incredible member of the WARM family — Mojie Friel — as she begins her well-earned retirement. ❤️
Mojie’s journey with WARM started many years ago as a volunteer and supporter, always showing up for our mission and our community. In 2019, after retiring from Washington Trust, she officially joined the WARM team — and we have been better because of it ever since.
Over the years, Mojie has worn countless hats. From helping coordinate special events, to assisting with the acquisition of Welcome House, to playing a role in the purchase of 58 Spruce, her impact on WARM is woven into so many important moments in our history. Beyond all she accomplished, Mojie brought light, laughter, kindness, and joy into the office every single day.
While we will miss seeing her around WARM, we are so grateful for everything she has given to this organization and to the people we serve. Thank you, Mojie, for your years of dedication, compassion, and friendship. Congratulations on your retirement — you will always be part of the WARM family. 💙
