For those who supported me last night, thank you.

This was a hard-fought race. My focus all along was on the people of our district, our families, our neighbors, and our businesses. Thank you to everyone who joined our campaign and helped us get our message out. You knocked doors, put out signs, made calls, and prayed for us. I will not forget it.

To every voter in this district, whether I earned your vote or not, I work for you. That does not change. It will be my honor and privilege to keep fighting for all of us in Topeka.

Today we get back to work talking to voters. November is coming, and I am ready.

God bless Newton and the 72nd District.

Tomorrow is Election Day.

I have knocked your doors, answered your questions, and stood on my record. The leaders and organizations on this list stood with me. Tomorrow I am asking you to do the same.

Polls close at 7:00 PM. I would be honored to have your vote.

Kansas opened the HERO Act this week. This helps our law enforcement officers, firefighters, and EMS pay for mental health treatment when they're dealing with trauma from the job. The state has put $1 million dollars behind it, and first responders can apply for reimbursement now.

I'm proud to have helped usher this pilot program through the Transportation and Public Safety Budget Committee, which I chair, and the Appropriations process.

Our first responders show up for us every time we call. We ought to show up for them.

Kansas has opened reimbursement requests for a new first responder mental health program.

The Kansas State Troopers Association has endorsed my campaign for reelection to the Kansas House.

As chairman of the House Transportation and Public Safety Budget Committee, I supported and passed funding for hearing protection as well as spearheaded a pilot program to address PTSD in our law enforcement community. I make sure the Highway Patrol has what it needs to do the job safely.

The men and women who patrol our roads know who backs them. I am proud to have their endorsement.

Stand with law enforcement and vote for Avery Anderson on or before August 4.

The Fraternal Order of Police Wichita Lodge has endorsed my campaign for reelection.

Lodge #5 joins the Harvey County Fraternal Order of Police and Sheriff Chad Gay. Officers in Harvey County and Sedgwick County are with me. They know where I stand. They trust me to continue to stand for them in Topeka.

Advance voting has started. The primary is August 4. I am asking for your vote.

The Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #5, Wichita, Kansas, is proud to endorse Avery Anderson for Kansas House of Representatives, District 72.

Representative Anderson is the only Republican candidate on the ballot with a long-standing record of supporting law enforcement. Throughout his time in the Kansas Legislature, he has consistently demonstrated his commitment to public safety by supporting legislation affecting law enforcement and serving in leadership as Chair of the House Transportation and Public Safety Budget Committee.

The men and women of law enforcement need elected officials who understand the challenges they face and who are willing to stand beside them, not politicians or candidates who seek to create division between law enforcement and the communities they are sworn to protect. Avery Anderson has earned the confidence of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #5 Wichita Ks through his consistent support for those who serve and protect our communities.

The Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #5 Wichita Ks is proud to give Avery Anderson our full endorsement for Kansas House District 72.

Thank you to the 100+ people who came out last night to hear a discussion on the Judicial Selection Constitutional Amendment.

A special thank you to Attorney General Kris Kobach for making time in a demanding schedule to walk us through the amendment and the case for voting YES.

Thank you as well to Senator Stephen Owens for joining the discussion and help share how this amendment came through the Legislature and why it earned our support.

Early voting starts July 21. Election day is August 4. Vote YES on the amendment, and I ask for your vote in the Republican primary.

The NRA gave me an A rating and their endorsement. I earned both by standing up to the anti-gun radical left.

My opponent, Michael Stavola, is hiding his liberal positions on your Second Amendment rights. The NRA asked him a simple question: Do you agree that the Second Amendment guarantees the fundamental, individual right to keep and bear arms for all law-abiding Americans?

I agree you have that right. Once again, Stavola refused to answer.

Stand for the Second Amendment. Stand with the NRA. Vote Avery Anderson on Election Day, August 4.

Nobody has summarized this primary election up better than Conservative Talk Radio Host John Whitmer does right here.

“Every time someone asks a substantive question… suddenly he’s busier than Hunter Biden’s laptop repair man”

I have said since June 1. I am running against two Democrats this cycle, one in the Republican primary and one in the general.

I stand on my record of 6 years of conservative votes in Topeka. This is why Congressman Ron Estes, Kansan’s For Life, the NRA and Kansas Farm Bureau have endorsed my campaign.

My opponent? A fake news liberal journalist who wont tell you where he stands on the issues.
