Last night, BSD proudly celebrated our Talley Lifesavers and their incredibly hard work. Their accomplishments, resilience, and unwavering tenacity do not go unnoticed. These tigers embody dedication, compassion, and heart.

We are grateful for all that you do and proud to recognize such an inspiring group of Lifesavers!

Let's show up and show out!

More Than Fitness and Talley have been working closely together to provide invaluable assistance to the students of Talley. Now it is our time to return the favor!

More Than Fitness is sponsoring the Beast of Bellefonte 5k on May 17th. We are hoping to participate with both runners AND volunteers. If you would like to hit your stride and run a few miles for a great cause, sign up using the QR code below. On May 1, Talley Middle School swept all 3 places at the annual DelDOT Bridge Competition.

This competition requires students to build a bridge according to strict weight, size, and construction requirements, test the strength of the bridge, and finally, give a formal presentation to a DelDOT team on their bridge building process.

We are so proud of our students for dominating!

1st Place: JOG (James Khan, Owen Khan, Grant Ryan)
2nd Place: Comelia (Coco Tomassacci & Amelia Burger)
3rd Place: Bridgeaholics (Marcus Galang & Austin Foreman)

This is Talley Middle School's (James & Owen) 2nd Year in a row to win 1st place!

From band aids and ice packs to pep talks, calm reassurance, and the occasional “deep breath,” Nurse Jackie does it all with endless compassion. She is so much more than our school nurse. Jackie Kimball is a safe place, a trusted listener, a problem solver, and one of the biggest sources of comfort for both our students and staff. Talley is a better place because of her kindness, dedication, and unwavering care for our school community.

Thank you, Nurse Jackie, for being the calm in the chaos, the hug when it’s needed most, and the person everyone knows they can count on. We appreciate you more than words can say.
