Today, on Memorial Day, we pause to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Their sacrifice secured the freedoms we enjoy today—and their legacy lives on in the strength of this nation.

We remember not just their service, but their courage, their commitment, and their love of country.

May we never forget the cost of freedom.

🇺🇸 Honor. Remember. Reflect.

Effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026, a vacancy exists on the Medaryville Town Council.

Per state law, the Pulaski County Republican Party has thirty (30) days from April 1, 2026, to select a new town council member and to fill the vacancy. We have until April 30, 2026, to fill the vacancy.

Anyone interested in this position must be a Qualified Primary Republican, per IC 3-8-1-5.7, which means an individual must have pulled/requested a GOP ballot in the last two (2) primaries in which they voted in. You must also live in the town limits.

Because only one (1) precinct lies within the town, per IC 3-13-11-5, the county chairman shall make the appointment.

Any individual interested needs to fill out a CEB-5 and CAN-12, have it notarized, and file the paperwork with me at [email protected]. The deadline is April 24th, 2026, at 4:00 pm.

The 2026 primary meet and greet has concluded. A significant turnout was recorded at the event, which facilitated direct interaction between attendees and candidates. Residents took advantage of the opportunity to engage with candidates, seek clarification on key issues, and make well-informed decisions about their community's future. We appreciate Celebration Station's support in hosting this event.
