👋Hey 🆕 Followers! Allow us to introduce our initiative —The Youth Mental Health & Holistic Wellness Access Programme (YMHAP)! 🌟

The Antigua and Barbuda Holistic Coalition (ABHC), with funding from The Mill Reef Fund, launched the 2026 YMHP that functions under three modules:

💚 Youth Mental Health Care Fund
Helping families and youth offset the cost of mental health care.

📚 Youth Emotional Literacy
Workshops that equip young people with tools to navigate emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy behaviours.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parent & Community Workshops
Practical education on mental health, child and teen behaviour, parenting challenges, and wellness strategies.

The YMHAP is designed to empowering youth, strengthening families, and uplifting communities through mental health and wellness initiatives.
