🎙 Ответ официального представителя МИД России М.В.Захаровой на вопрос СМИ в связи с докладом Гендиректора МАГАТЭ «Ядерная безопасность, физическая ядерная безопасность и гарантии на Украине» (8 сентября 2026 года)

❓ Вопрос: В преддверии открывшейся 7 сентября сессии Совета управляющих МАГАТЭ был опубликован очередной доклад Гендиректора Агентства «Ядерная безопасность, физическая ядерная безопасность и гарантии на Украине». Как Вы могли бы это прокомментировать?

💬 Расцениваем данный документ как политически ангажированный и не отражающий реальную ситуацию вокруг Запорожской АЭС (ЗАЭС). Сделать такой вывод можно уже на основании того, что в докладе игнорируется факт российской принадлежности этой крупнейшей в Европе станции.

В документе отмечается «серьёзное ухудшение ситуации» на ЗАЭС, при этом Гендиректор МАГАТЭ Р.Гросси продолжает с упорством, достойным лучшего применения, уклоняться от того, чтобы прямо признать вину киевского режима в безрассудных нападениях на объекты инфраструктуры ЗАЭС, убийствах сотрудников этой станции, оказании психологического давления на их родных и близких, покушениях на электроснабжение станции и прочих преступлениях.

Не нашёл отражения в докладе и срыв по вине режима Зеленского планировавшегося на 20-21 августа визита Р.Гросси на ЗАЭС и в город атомщиков Энергодар, который предполагалось приурочить к очередной ротации экспертов Секретариата Агентства на станции (осуществить её в августе также не удалось).

❗️ Ожидаем, что впредь Секретариат и руководство Агентства будут более ответственно подходить к составлению подобных докладов.

🇷🇺 Statement by the delegation of the Russian Federation on the agenda item 4 of the IAEA Board of Governors "Nuclear security"

📍Vienna, September 8, 2026

💬 The Russian delegation takes note of the Director General’s report entitled “Nuclear Security Report 2026”. At the same time, we would like to make the following observations. The IAEA plays a central role in international cooperation in the field of nuclear security. The Agency’s activities in this area are carried out on the basis of decisions taken by its policy-making organs. At the same time, nuclear security remains a non-statutory activity of the Organization, funded from extrabudgetary resources. In this regard, we consider it unacceptable to establish a direct link between the nuclear security programme and the IAEA Statute, including in reports prepared by the Secretariat.

We wish to emphasize that responsibility for ensuring nuclear security within their respective territories rests with States themselves. This is a fundamental and inviolable principle. The Agency’s priorities in this area should continue to include providing assistance to interested States in strengthening the physical protection of nuclear and other radioactive material and associated facilities, without encroaching upon national competence.

We note that an increase in the number of publications in the IAEA Nuclear Security Series should not be regarded as an indicator of the effectiveness of the Agency’s work. In this regard, we consider it necessary to avoid an unjustified increase in the number of such publications, while placing greater emphasis on their quality and substantive value. We attach particular importance to the ongoing limited review of the top-level publications of the Nuclear Security Series. It is essential that this work be carried out in strict accordance with the modalities agreed upon previously.

We note the Agency’s efforts to explore the potential applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of nuclear security. Given the rapid development of AI and the sensitive nature of the nuclear security field, we call on the Secretariat to provide Member States with detailed information on the steps being taken in this area.

We take note of the activities of the IAEA Nuclear Security Training and Demonstration Centre in Seibersdorf. This is an important and, as far as we can see, much-needed instrument. At the same time, it is essential to preserve its “complementary” role vis-à-vis national centres and international capacity-building networks in this field, as called for by the relevant resolutions of the Agency’s General Conference.

In April 2027, the second Conference of the Parties to the Amendment to the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material (CPPNM) will take place. We stand ready to actively contribute to preparations for this important event. In this context, we would like to recall that the principal objective of the Conference, as stipulated in the Convention itself, is to consider the adequacy of the Convention in light of the situation prevailing at that time. It would be unacceptable to go beyond the established scope of the Conference or to interpret the relevant provision in an expansive manner. We very much count on the Conference maintaining its depoliticized character. For our part, we will work towards its successful conduct within the agreed technical framework.

🇷🇺 Выступление делегации Российской Федерации по пункту 4 повестки дня сессии Совета управляющих МАГАТЭ "Физическая ядерная безопасность"

📍Вена, 8 сентября 2026 года

💬 Российская делегация принимает к сведению отчет Гендиректора «Доклад о физической ядерной безопасности – 2026». Вместе с тем хотели бы отметить следующее. МАГАТЭ играет центральную роль в международном сотрудничестве в области физической ядерной безопасности (ФЯБ). Работа Агентства на данном направлении выстраивается на основе решений его директивных органов. При этом ФЯБ остается неуставной деятельностью организации, финансируемой за счет внебюджетных средств. В этой связи считаем недопустимой прямую увязку программы в области ФЯБ с Уставом МАГАТЭ, в том числе в докладах Секретариата.

Акцентируем, что ответственность за обеспечение ФЯБ на своей территории несут сами государства – это фундаментальный и нерушимый принцип. Приоритетными задачами для Агентства на этом участке должны оставаться оказание содействия заинтересованным странам в укреплении физической защиты ядерного и иного радиоактивного материала и связанных с ним установок без вторжения в национальную компетенцию.

Отмечаем, что увеличение количества публикаций Серии изданий МАГАТЭ по ФЯБ не должно являться показателем результативности работы. В этой связи считаем необходимым избегать необоснованного роста числа таких документов, уделяя большее внимание их качественной составляющей. Придаем важное значение ведущемуся в настоящее время ограниченному пересмотру публикаций верхнего уровня профильной Серии изданий. Необходимо, чтобы данная работа выстраивалась в строгом соответствии с ранее согласованными модальностями.

Обращают на себя внимание усилия Агентства по изучению возможностей применения искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) в области ФЯБ. С учетом быстрого развития ИИ и чувствительности направления ФЯБ призываем Секретариат подробно информировать государства-члены о предпринимаемых шагах на этом участке.

Отмечаем деятельность Учебно-демонстрационного центра МАГАТЭ по ФЯБ в Зайберсдорфе. Это важный и, насколько мы видим, востребованный инструмент. Однако необходимо сохранить его «дополняющую» роль по отношению к национальным центрам и международным сетям по созданию потенциала в данной сфере, как того требуют профильные резолюции Генконференции Агентства.

В апреле 2027 г. состоится вторая Конференция участников Поправки к Конвенции о физической защите ядерного материала (КФЗЯМ). Готовы к активному включению в подготовку к этому важному мероприятию. В этом контексте хотели бы напомнить, что основная цель конференции – как это прописано в самой Конвенции – обсудить соответствие данного документа существующей на текущий момент ситуации. Выходить за обозначенные рамки и расширительно толковать соответствующее положение недопустимо. Очень рассчитываем на обеспечение деполитизированного характера Конференции. Со своей стороны будем работать на ее успешное проведение в оговоренных технических рамках.

🇷🇺 Statement by the delegation of the Russian Federation on the agenda item 3 of the IAEA Board of Governors "Nuclear and radiation safety"

📍Vienna, September 7, 2026

💬 The Russian delegation has carefully considered the Director General’s Report entitled "Nuclear and Radiation Safety" and takes note of it. At the same time, we would like to make the following observations. Responsibility for ensuring nuclear safety rests with States and operators of nuclear installations themselves. At the same time, the Agency has an important role to play in providing technical and expert support to interested States upon their request. We are convinced that the principal guiding documents for determining the parameters of the Agency’s programme of activities in the area of nuclear and radiation safety should remain consensus-based and updated resolutions of the General Conference, which reflect the realities of the present day. We hope that this instrument will be fully utilized by Member States.

We support the IAEA’s efforts to promote the universalization of key international legal instruments in the field of nuclear safety. This year saw a number of major events in this area, including the 10th Review Meeting of the Contracting Parties to the Convention on Nuclear Safety, as well as the 13th Meeting of the Representatives of the Competent Authorities under the two "emergency" conventions. It is important to preserve the technical nature of these formats and to prevent political issues from being introduced into their work. We take note of the work of the Agency’s Commission on Safety Standards and its relevant safety standards committees. We expect the Secretariat to prepare, in the near future, a draft roadmap for implementing the strategy for the long-term development of safety standards agreed by the Commission on Safety Standards in 2025.

We support the Agency’s efforts to provide Member States with advisory services and independent peer review services, on the understanding that their participation is entirely voluntary. In particular, the next Integrated Regulatory Review Service (IRRS) mission will take place in Russia from 26 October to 6 November. We proceed from the need to establish a global regime governing civil liability for nuclear damage. Such a regime should be based on the entire body of relevant international legal instruments in this area, including the 1963 Vienna Convention. We call on the Secretariat to consistently follow this approach in its activities in this area.

We take note of the IAEA’s efforts to monitor the discharge of ALPS-treated water from the Fukushima-1 NPP in Japan, as well as the measures undertaken by the Secretariat to assess the actions of Tokyo for their compliance with the Agency’s safety standards. It is important to ensure continuous, long-term and transparent monitoring of the discharge process in order to prevent risks of radioactive contamination of the environment. Russian laboratories will continue to participate in this work. We call on the Secretariat to continue providing Member States with regular updates on this matter.

🇷🇺 Выступление делегации Российской Федерации по пункту 3 повестки дня сессии Совета управляющих МАГАТЭ "Ядерная и радиационная безопасность"

📍Вена, 7 сентября 2026 года

💬 Российская делегация внимательно изучила доклад Гендиректора «Ядерная и радиационная безопасность» и принимает его к сведению. Вместе с тем хотели бы отметить следующее. Ответственность за обеспечение ядерной безопасности лежит на самих государствах и операторах ядерных установок. Агентству при этом отведена важная роль по оказанию технической и экспертной поддержки заинтересованным странам по их обращению. Убеждены, что основными руководящими документами при определении параметров программной деятельности Агентства в области ядерной и радиационной безопасности должны оставаться консенсусные актуализированные резолюции Генконференции, отражающие реалии сегодняшнего дня. Надеемся, что данный инструмент будет в полной мере задействоваться государствами-членами.

Поддерживаем деятельность МАГАТЭ по универсализации ключевых международно-правовых инструментов в области ядерной безопасности. В этом году состоялся целый ряд крупных профильных мероприятий – 10-е совещание Договаривающихся сторон Конвенции о ядерной безопасности, а также 13 е совещание представителей компетентных органов двух «аварийных» конвенций. Необходимо и далее поддерживать технический характер данных форматов, без привнесения в них политических сюжетов.
Отмечаем работу Комиссии по нормам безопасности (КНБ) Агентства и профильных комитетов. Ожидаем, что Секретариат в скором времени подготовит проект «дорожной карты» по реализации согласованной КНБ в 2025 г. стратегии долгосрочной разработки норм безопасности.

Поддерживаем усилия Агентства по предоставлению государствам-членам консультативных услуг и независимых партнерских рассмотрений при том понимании, что они имеют исключительно добровольный характер. В частности, 26 октября – 6 ноября в России состоится очередная миссия в рамках Комплексных услуг по рассмотрению вопросов регулирования. Исходим из необходимости формирования глобального режима в сфере гражданской ответственности за ядерный ущерб. Основой для такого режима должна служить вся совокупность профильных международных-правовых инструментов в данной области, включая Венскую конвенцию 1963 года. Призываем Секретариат четко следовать этому ориентиру в своей деятельности на данном направлении.

Отмечаем усилия МАГАТЭ по мониторингу за сбросом обработанной методом ALPS воды с аварийной японской АЭС «Фукусима-1», а также предпринимаемые Секретариатом меры по проверке действий Токио на предмет их соответствия нормам безопасности Агентства. Важно обеспечить беспрерывный, долгосрочный и транспарентный контроль за процессом сброса, чтобы не допустить появления рисков радиационного загрязнения окружающей среды. Российские лаборатории продолжат участвовать в этой деятельности. Призываем Секретариат и далее регулярно информировать государства-члены по этому сюжету.

🇷🇺 Statement by Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the International Organizations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov on the agenda item 2 of the session of the IAEA Board of Governors "Programme Perfomance Report 2024-2025"

📍Vienna, September 7, 2026

💬 The Russian delegation has taken note of the Director General’s Report on the Agency’s Programme and Budget for 2024–2025 and has no objection to its adoption. Our country supports the Agency’s statutory activities and has consistently advocated maintaining an appropriate balance between its verification activities and those aimed at promoting nuclear energy, science and technology. We welcome the fact that the budget implementation rate during the reporting period reached nearly 99.9 per cent. The Secretariat succeeded in delivering on its objectives despite increased expenditure and growing demand for the Agency’s services, as well as financial constraints, including a “zero real growth” budget.

We positively note the Secretariat’s efforts to make optimal use of available resources and to implement efficiency and cost-saving measures across all areas of the Agency’s activities. The introduction of structural and operational changes resulted in additional savings of €6.2 million in 2024–2025, which, as highlighted in the Report, will enable the Agency to meet its future needs without further increases in the budget. In addition, staff travel expenditure was reduced by 4.6% in 2025. We believe that the potential for further cost-saving measures has not yet been exhausted. We encourage the Secretariat to continue paying due attention to this matter.

We have taken note of the wider use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the Agency’s work. Overall, this is a trend that reflects the realities of the present day. At the same time, we would like to stress that the introduction of AI should be approached with due consideration, including in the context of upholding the principle of multilingualism. Any such measures should neither affect the Agency’s ability to discharge its statutory functions nor have an adverse impact on knowledge preservation.

We note that the Secretariat achieved 95% of the planned performance indicators, namely 102 out of 107. Only one indicator was assessed as “below target” — the number of Integrated Nuclear Infrastructure Review (INIR) missions. A further four indicators were assessed as “slightly below target”, including the percentage of recommendations resulting from the review of safety-related issues that were implemented by States/organizations. At the same time, we consider the wording of the latter indicator to be not entirely accurate. It reflects only those recommendations that have been formally assessed during follow-up missions, whereas many States continue to implement such recommendations after the established review deadlines have elapsed, or have not yet requested follow-up missions. In this regard, we encourage the Secretariat to exercise greater care in the formulation of the relevant indicators. Overall, we consider that the Report and the Secretariat’s work in implementing the Programme for 2024–2025 merit a high assessment.

🇷🇺 Выступление Постоянного представителя Российской Федерации при международных организациях в Вене М.И.Ульянова по п. 2 повестки дня сессии Совета управляющих МАГАТЭ "Доклад об исполнении программы за 2024-2025 гг."

📍Вена, 7 сентября 2026 года

💬 Российская делегация ознакомилась с докладом Генерального директора МАГАТЭ об исполнении программы за 2024-2025 годы и не возражает против его принятия к сведению. Наша страна поддерживает уставную работу Агентства и последовательно выступает за соблюдение баланса между его контрольной деятельностью и той, что направлена на продвижение ядерной энергетики, науки и технологий. Приветствуем тот факт, что в отчетный период уровень освоения бюджета составил почти 99,9%. Секретариату удалось добиться поставленных задач, несмотря на рост трат и спроса на услуги и более того – финансовые ограничения, включая «нулевой реальный рост» бюджета.

В положительном ключе отмечаем усилия Секретариата по оптимальному использованию имеющихся ресурсов и применению мер повышения эффективности и экономии на всех направлениях деятельности МАГАТЭ. Внедрение структурных и операционных изменений позволило дополнительно сэкономить 6,2 млн в 2024-2025 гг., что, как подчеркивается, позволит в дальнейшем удовлетворять потребности Агентства без дополнительного повышения бюджета. Кроме того, в 2025 г. удалось сократить расходы на командировки персонала на 4,6%. Считаем, что этим потенциал использования мер экономии не исчерпан. Призываем Секретариат уделять внимание данному вопросу и в дальнейшем.

Обратили внимание на более широкое применение технологий искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) в работе МАГАТЭ. В целом, это тенденция, отвечающая реалиям сегодняшнего дня. Вместе с тем хотели бы подчеркнуть, что следует внимательнее относиться к внедрению ИИ, в том числе в рамках соблюдения принципа многоязычия. Любые меры не должны сказываться на выполнении Агентством своих уставных функций и иметь негативный эффект на сохранение знаний.

Отмечаем достижение Секретариатом 95% плановых показателей (102 из 107). Лишь один из них получил оценку «ниже планового значения» – число миссий по комплексной оценке ядерной инфраструктуры (ИНИР). Еще четыре – «немного ниже планового значения», включая долю выполнения государствами/организациями рекомендаций по итогам рассмотрения вопросов безопасности. В то же время считаем не совсем корректной формулировку последнего показателя. Он отражает только те рекомендации, которые были официально оценены в ходе повторных миссий, хотя многие государства продолжают выполнять такие рекомендации и после истечения установленных сроков проверки, либо еще не запросили проведение повторных миссий. В этой связи призываем Секретариат тщательнее относиться к соответствующим формулировкам. В целом же, доклад и работа Секретариата по исполнению программы за 2024-2025 гг. заслуживают высокой оценки.

🗓️ On 1 September 2026, on the margins of the 67th session of the Working Group B of the CTBTO Preparatory Commission, an event was held with the support of the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation, focusing on the potential application of national artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in support of the Organization’s activities

The event brought together more than 120 participants, including representatives of CTBTO Preparatory Commission Member States - diplomats and national experts - as well as officials of the Organization’s Provisional Technical Secretariat

🇷🇺 In his opening remarks, Deputy Permanent Representative Roman Ustinov emphasized that any potential introduction of AI into the work of the CTBTO Preparatory Commission should be approached with particular caution, taking into account, inter alia, the need to protect sensitive information; preserve human responsibility and the decisive role of human judgement in the use of AI; ensure transparency of the models employed; conduct a prior assessment of associated risks; and maintain accountability to the Organization’s policymaking organs

A central element of the event was a presentation by Professor Evgeny Burnaev, Vice President for AI Development and Director of the Skoltech AI Center, who outlined potential pilot projects demonstrating the capabilities of Russian AI technologies for possible use in support of the CTBTO Preparatory Commission

The solutions presented by Professor Burnaev are intended to complement the Organization’s existing working mechanisms with tools for intelligent data analysis and forecasting

The event generated considerable professional interest among the diplomatic and expert communities. In view of the importance and complexity of substantive discussions on this topic, consideration has been initiated regarding the possible establishment of a dedicated expert group on the application of AI in the activities of the CTBTO Preparatory Commission

🗓️ 1 сентября 2026 г. «на полях» 67-й сессии Рабочей группы по вопросам проверки ПК ОДВЗЯИ состоялось организованное при поддержке Постпредства Российской Федерации мероприятие, посвящённое потенциальным возможностям применения национальных технологий искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) в интересах данной организации

Мероприятие собрало более 120 участников, включая представителей государств-членов ПК ОДВЗЯИ, из числа дипломатов, национальных экспертов, а также сотрудников Секретариата организации

🇷🇺 Во вступительном слове заместитель Постпреда Р.А.Устинов подчеркнул, что потенциальное внедрение ИИ в работу ПК ОДВЗЯИ должно осуществляться с особой осторожностью - принимая во внимание, среди прочего, необходимость защиты чувствительной информации, ответственности и решающей роли человека при использовании ИИ, прозрачности используемых моделей, предварительной оценки рисков, а также подотчетность директивным органам организации

Центральным элементом мероприятия стало выступление вице-президента по развитию искусственного интеллекта и директора Центра ИИ Сколтеха профессора Е.В.Бурнаева. Он представил потенциальные пилотные проекты, демонстрирующие возможности применения российских ИИ-технологий в интересах ПК ОДВЗЯИ

Презентованные Е.В.Бурнаевым решения ориентированы на дополнение текущих механизмов работы организации инструментами интеллектуального анализа и прогнозирования

Мероприятие вызвало живой профессиональный интерес со стороны дипломатического и экспертного сообщества. Учитывая важность и сложность предметного обсуждения данной тематики, началось рассмотрение возможности создания отдельной экспертной группы по вопросам применения ИИ в деятельности ПК ОДВЗЯИ

☢️ Zaporozhskaya Nuclear Power Plant ( ):

On August 18, Ukrainian militants carried out a deliberate strike on a staff transport stop in Energodar, where employees of the ZNPP were waiting for a bus to take them to work.

▪️ The attack resulted in 17 casualties, most of them ZNPP employees. One nuclear plant worker was killed. Three of the injured are in moderate condition. All those injured are receiving the necessary medical care.

This crosses every line.

Those targeted were civilians. They were not involved in the fighting or taking part in hostilities. They were simply on their way to work – to carry out their professional duties and help ensure the safe operation of the nuclear power plant.

A deliberate attack on ZNPP personnel is an attack on the very people responsible for nuclear safety. The safety of the plant, Energodar and the vast surrounding area depends on their work.

The Kiev regime has once again shown that it is prepared to put civilian lives and the safety of a nuclear facility at risk.

❗️ Nuclear plant workers must never be made targets. Under any circumstances.

💬 We express our deep concern over the aggressive and malicious actions of the Kiev regime, which continues its provocations against the Zaporozhskaya Nuclear Power Plant ( ), practically on a daily basis attacking the plant and its personnel and creating a real threat of a nuclear disaster in the heart of Europe.

Another reckless step was Ukraine’s decision to disrupt the IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi’s planned August 20-21 visit to the and the nuclear workers’ city of Energodar, which was to coincide with another rotation of IAEA Secretariat experts at the plant.

All the details had been worked out in advance by the IAEA Secretariat and the Russian Side. We provided the necessary security guarantees, which fully satisfied the Agency.

👉 However, Kiev cynically threatened the IAEA Director General, explicitly stating that it could not guarantee his safety if he travelled to the ZNPP via Russian territory.

We regard this as yet another act of self-exposure by the Kiev regime. It makes no secret of its criminal intentions toward the leadership of one of the world’s largest international organisations, effectively turning its head into a target.

Under such circumstances, Rafael Grossi was understandably forced to cancel his visit.

It is clear that, given the circumstances, the Agency has no choice but to finally acknowledge that the threats to the ZNPP originate precisely from Ukraine, as the Russian Side has been saying for several years.

Kiev has previously repeatedly disrupted rotations at the ZNPP, violated ceasefire arrangements established to enable repair work at energy infrastructure facilities directly affecting the plant’s safe operation, and even carried out strikes against vehicles transporting representatives of the IAEA Secretariat.

Kiev’s crimes continue unabated. On the morning of August 18, a strike targeted a public transport stop in Energodar. One person was killed and 15 were injured.

All this would be impossible without the constant political support that Western countries continue to provide to Zelensky and his gang, driven mad by a sense of impunity. This only encourages the Kiev regime to embark on ever more reckless ventures and create nuclear security threats that could have disastrous consequences for the entire world.

❗️ All those who continue to turn a blind eye to these actions by Ukraine, while supporting the Zelensky regime materially and politically, are complicit in its actions and share responsibility for the crimes it commits.

☢️ Zaporozhskaya Nuclear Power Plant ( ):

On August 11, three people were injured in a Ukrainian drone attack in Energodar’s industrial area. Two of them are employees of the electrical grid workshop at the Zaporozhskaya NPP (part of Rosatom).

The employees were en route to restore power to facilities in the industrial area damaged in previous AFU attacks.

ZNPP electrical grid personnel work every day to restore power to Energodar and industrial facilities following Ukrainian strikes. Often working under the threat of renewed attacks, they make every effort to promptly restore electricity to damaged areas.

It was these very people – on their way to restore power supplies – who were targeted.

All those injured were taken to Medical Unit No. 145, where they are receiving all necessary medical care. Unfortunately, one of them is in serious condition.

❗️ The AFU deliberately put Zaporozhskaya NPP personnel at risk as they carry out work vital to the city. They repair damaged infrastructure and maintain power supplies to social and industrial facilities – doing so every day despite the constant threat of attack.

The plant’s personnel continue to perform their professional duties, ensuring the safety and uninterrupted functioning of Energodar.

🇷🇺🇮🇷 10 августа в Москве состоялись российско-иранские межмидовские консультации по тематике контроля над вооружениями, разоружения и нераспространения (КВРН).

Российскую делегацию возглавил директор Департамента по вопросам нераспространения и контроля над вооружениями МИД России О.В.Постников, иранскую — Генеральный директор Департамента международного мира и безопасности МИД Ирана М.Хассанинежад Пиркухи.

Регулярный диалог по широкому спектру актуальных вопросов КВРН является важной составляющей планомерного осуществления Договора о всеобъемлющем стратегическом партнёрстве между Российской Федерацией и Исламской Республикой Иран.

Проведён обстоятельный, профессиональный анализ накопившихся в этой чувствительной сфере вызовов и проблемных узлов. Обсуждены конкретные пути укрепления координации между нашими странами в свете приближающегося начала работы Первого комитета 81-й сессии Генеральной Ассамблеи #ООН, ряда ответственных мероприятий в рамках #МАГАТЭ, #ОЗХО, #КБТО, а также на мирнокосмических и иных профильных международных площадках.

Значительное внимание было уделено перспективам преодоления кризиса, спровоцированного американо-израильской агрессией против Ирана, и урегулирования вокруг ядерной программы ИРИ. Выражена обоюдная заинтересованность в продолжении интенсивных двусторонних контактов по тематике #КВРН в различных форматах.
