💃🕺 2026 Dance Party in the Land of Awesomeness! 🎶✨

What a fantastic night of music, movement and fun at our 2026 Dance Party!

Our students were given the opportunity to showcase their creativity, teamwork and dance moves as they choreographed and performed their own production, “Music Through the Years.” Taking the audience on a journey through the decades, students stepped into the spotlight to celebrate the sounds and styles of the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s and 1990s.

There was a little Elvis, a little Michael Jackson, a touch of J.Lo, and even Disco Inferno by The Trammps, with students confidently performing routines that captured the spirit and energy of each era. Their enthusiasm, collaboration and dedication were evident in every performance, and they should all be incredibly proud of their efforts.

The fun didn’t stop there! Students, families and staff joined together for a range of group dances, including the Macarena, Nutbush City Limits, Hokey Pokey and the much-loved Heel and Toe dance to Old Time Rock and Roll. The dance floor was filled with smiles, laughter and plenty of enthusiasm as everyone joined in the celebrations.

With a colouring competition, community spirit and lots of opportunities to connect with friends and families, the evening was a wonderful success and a true celebration of our school community.

A huge thank you to our staff, families and students for helping make the night such a memorable event. The Land of Awesomeness certainly knows how to dance! 🎶✨💙🕺💃

Pizza, Pyjamas and Plenty of Fun! 🍕🧸🎲

What an awesome way to celebrate the end of a busy and successful term! Today our students enjoyed a fantastic day filled with pizza, pyjamas, games and quality time with friends.

From sharing laughs during games to relaxing together in their comfy pyjamas, the day was all about building friendships, creating positive memories and celebrating the hard work everyone has put into their learning this term.

It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces enjoying each other’s company and taking the opportunity to unwind after a term full of challenges, achievements and growth.

A huge congratulations to all of our students for their efforts throughout the term. We hope everyone enjoys a well-deserved break and comes back refreshed, recharged and ready for more adventures in the Land of Awesomeness! 🍕✨🎉💙

🍽️👩‍🍳🧑‍🍳 Kalamia Kitchen – Master Chefs at Work! 🧑‍🍳👩‍🍳🍽️
The Kalamia Kitchen was buzzing with excitement yesterday, as our talented young chefs rolled up their sleeves and got to work creating a delicious lunch for everyone to enjoy.

From preparing ingredients to carefully assembling their creations, students demonstrated teamwork, responsibility, and some impressive culinary skills as they made mouth-watering meatball subs. The aroma drifting through the school had everyone eagerly awaiting lunchtime!

Cooking provides a wonderful opportunity for students to develop practical life skills, build confidence, follow instructions, and work collaboratively with their peers. Most importantly, it allows them to experience the joy and satisfaction of creating something from scratch and sharing it with others.

A huge congratulations to our budding chefs for their enthusiasm, effort, and fantastic teamwork. The verdict was unanimous – the meatball subs were absolutely delicious! 🌟

Well done, Master Chefs! 👏🍴

Our school is a beautifully presented school, and it is all thanks to Mrs Mac. From the beautiful pot plants to the clean paths, from the spotless tables to the sparkling floor, Mrs Mac's attention to detail does not go unnoticed.

Visitors to our school always comment on the presentation of our school, and we are sincerely grateful to have Mrs Mac as an important part of Team Awesome!
