QUEENSLAND’S REPORTABLE CONDUCT SCHEME IS NOW LIVE

We are one of an estimated 10,000 organisations subject to the scheme, which requires concerns about child abuse or harm to be reported and investigated.
We take children’s safety and our responsibilities under the scheme seriously.

The Reportable Conduct Scheme is managed by the Queensland Family and Child Commission. You can find out more on its website at: www.qfcc.qld.gov.au/childsafe/reportable-conduct-scheme/what-reportable-conduct-scheme.

You can find information on how to raise a concern with us and how we will handle those concerns on our website at: www.charterstowers.qld.gov.au/Complaints-Management

Every child should be safe no matter where they are – at home, in the community, or with us – and we’re proud to be part of making that happen.
