Residents in Woolgoolga, Safety Beach, Mullaway, Arrawarra and Corindi may experience lower water pressure during night works this Thursday 10 September 2026.

We'll be carrying out critical water main connection works overnight to minimise disruption to customers.

Water is expected to remain available throughout the works, however lower or fluctuating water pressure may occur. Properties at higher elevations may notice a greater reduction in pressure.

Residents are encouraged to plan ahead and, where practical, complete activities requiring higher water pressure before the works commence.

The works form part of the City’s water infrastructure program to improve the reliability and resilience of water supply to northern communities.

Thank you for your patience while these essential works are completed.

Coffs Coast Waste Services trucks now carry a strong message to road users: Slow the f*st down.

It's not a new message - the City's campaign was launched late last year - but it's an important reminder as statistics show that speeding is still a significant issue in Coffs and continues to be a major contributing factor in injury and fatal crashes.

A small increase in speed can make a big difference to whether you can stop in time and many serious crashes happen on everyday 50-60kph roads like the majority of streets in the Coffs Harbour LGA.

City of Coffs Harbour Council will waive developer charges for water and sewer services associated with a Legacy-led transitional housing project in Albany Street.
The Bob Denner Legacy Apartments - 12 units providing crisis and transitional accommodation for Legacy families and female veterans - is being developed with a grant from the Veterans Acute Housing Program.
“Coffs Coast Legacy is so grateful for the unanimous approval from Councillors of our request for fee relief. As a charity, facing rising costs, we acknowledge this support for a very worthy and very needed development,” Coffs Coast Legacy President Jeremy Nash said.

- Repairs may take several hours to complete.
- Water pressure may fluctuate as the system returns to normal.
