A fun fact about Liv — she’s working towards becoming an Army doctor, where she’ll continue doing what she does best: keeping people safe and caring for others.

We want to let our wonderful community know that our upcoming yoga sessions have been cancelled. Our instructor is currently attending family matters, and we fully support them in taking the time they need.

We offer our deepest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We know many of you look forward to these sessions each week, and we truly appreciate your understanding, kindness, and patience during this time.

🧘‍♀️ Slow Flow Yoga - 6:30 am - 7:30 am
A gentle, grounding class where most movements happen on the mat. It’s perfect for relaxing, stretching and exploring mindful movement.

🪑 Chair Yoga - 8:00 am - 8:45 am
Designed for people who can’t comfortably get down to the floor, this class uses a chair for support while still offering strength, mobility and calm. A great option for accessible wellness.

Great news! Our Program Pool has now reopened and is safe for use.

All NSW Health requirements have been met, and GOswim lessons will be running in the Program Pool this afternoon as normal.
