Written expressions of interest are invited and will be received from individuals and organisations with the necessary plant, equipment and available skilled and ticketed operators with knowledge and experience in the relevant plant/equipment operation, to express an interest in providing wet and dry plant/equipment hire to Inverell Shire Council and form part of the panel of Contractors and Supply/Occasional Providers Panel.
The supplied rates will become effective upon receival and will remain in place until such time as they are updated by said contractor. Expressions of interest are sought across the Civil Construction Fleet and should be submitted in accordance with the EOI Package.
Expressions of interest will include the following:
β’ Hourly rates including GST for plant/equipment hire;
β’ Hourly rates for skilled and ticketed operators including GST;
β’ Haulage rates by tonne including GST;
β’ Full details of plant and equipment (including capacity);
β’ Current Registration details;
β’ Details of all Insurances (evidenced by Certificates of Currency).
Interested persons are required to obtain an EOI Package for full details AND submission requirements under Inverell Shire Council β Contractors and Supply/Occasional Providers Panel.

EOIβs are to be forwarded via email to Georgie ([email protected]), or submitted in person at the foyer of Councils Administration Centre, 144 Otho Street, Inverell NSW 2360 by 4.00pm 30 September 2026.
