Anime lovers, we’re almost there!

Get excited, our next Anime Club session is happening tomorrow, and we’ve got a fantastic afternoon lined up.

We’ll be settling in to watch an anime movie together, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax, chat, and enjoy the company of fellow fans.

While the movie plays, you’re free to jump into whatever activity suits your mood. Maybe you’ll feel like sketching your favourite characters, colouring in to unwind, or getting competitive with some card games.

And of course, we’re bringing back our newest addition, puzzles, which have quickly become a fun way for everyone to collaborate, talk, and laugh while piecing things together.

Whether you’ve been coming for months or you’re thinking about joining us for the first time, this meetup is a great chance to connect with people who share your love for anime. It’s a friendly, welcoming space where you can be creative, be social, or simply enjoy the vibe.

So, gather your friends, pack your snacks, and get ready for a cozy, fun Saturday surrounded by anime fans just like you.
We can’t wait to see you tomorrow!

Join Us for our weekly Storytime at 10am on Friday the 12th of June!

📖Story: Joan the dog loves her active, joyful life-until an injury leaves her wearing the dreaded cone. Suddenly everything is harder, from fitting through the doggy door to maintaining her dignity at the park.

Through humorous mishaps and reflections on how she got there, Joan discovers that life can still be full of love, friendship, and fun, even with a cone.

A warm and funny story about resilience, change, and finding joy in unexpected places.

Coding Club was buzzing again last week, and the creativity just keeps levelling up.

Students walked in ready to build, experiment, and push their ideas even further than before. Some picked up where they left off, polishing their adventure games with new characters, storylines, and clever little surprises. Others jumped into brand‑new projects, exploring different mechanics, testing out bold ideas, and discovering how much they can do when they trust their imagination.

What’s been especially amazing is watching them take real ownership of their work. They’re asking sharper questions, trying out more advanced concepts, and showing this growing confidence that comes from hands‑on problem‑solving.

The room is full of those little “aha” moments that make them light up because something finally clicked.

And the teamwork is still going strong. They’re sharing tips, testing each other’s games, celebrating wins, and turning challenges into opportunities to learn something new.

It’s such a joy to see them building not just games, but a community of young creators who genuinely lift each other up.

If last week is anything to go by, the next session is going to be incredible. We can already feel the excitement building for what they’ll dream up next.

We’ll be settling in to watch an anime movie together — the perfect backdrop for a relaxed hangout with fellow fans.

While the movie plays, you can dive into a mix of activities at your own pace. Whether you feel like sketching, colouring in, or getting competitive with some card games, there’s something for everyone.

And this month, we’re introducing a brand‑new activity: puzzles. It’s a great way to team up, chat, and challenge yourself while you piece everything together.

It’s the ideal way to spend a Saturday — meeting new people, enjoying your favourite hobby, and soaking up a welcoming, creative atmosphere. Bring your friends, bring your enthusiasm, and most importantly, bring your love for anime.

We can’t wait to see you there this weekend!

💻Last week at Coding Club felt like a burst of playful invention — students jumped into Scratch and started turning bold ideas into tiny, working worlds.

They experimented with unexpected interactions, layered quirky sounds, and discovered how a single tweak can change the whole feel of a game. The room hummed with focused tinkering, delighted gasps, and those proud “Yes — that did it!” moments when a tricky piece finally clicked.

Projects took surprising directions: goofy characters with dramatic moves, clever obstacle sequences that demanded quick thinking, and short interactive scenes that read like mini adventures. Kids borrowed tricks from one another, riffed on neat ideas, and celebrated every small victory together.

Watching them push boundaries, fix bugs with determination, and add personality to their games was the highlight of the week. Their confidence grew, their play got bolder, and the games came away more imaginative than when they started.
