This role provides efficient and effective support to the Environment and Community Safety team, including the preparation of searches, permits, expiations, notices and maintenance of registers while completing a Cert IV in Local Government (Regulatory). We're currently seeking community feedback on six draft Community Land Management Plans that will help guide how Council manages and maintains our parks, reserves, sporting grounds, foreshore areas, community facilities and other shared spaces.

These plans will guide decisions about maintenance, improvements, community use, events, leasing arrangements, and future decision-making.

The City of Port Lincoln awarded $97,500 in funding for this financial year, as part of our Flagship Events and Community Wellbeing grant funding program!

This program will support a wide range of events, programs, services and initiatives that promote community wellbeing, encourage participation and contribute to the local economy. We are proud to support these highly deserving organisations.
