Direct links to QLD and NSW are back, Tenterfield! π
Greyhound Australia has launched a daily trial coach service between Tamworth and Toowoomba, travelling along the New England Highway and stopping at Tenterfield along the way.
For the first time in almost a decade, Tenterfield has a direct coach link into Queensland, making it easier to travel north to Stanthorpe, Warwick and Toowoomba, with connections through to Brisbane.
The service is currently operating as a trial, and strong community patronage will be important to its future.
If youβve been waiting for a public transport option to Queensland, now is the time to use it and show thereβs demand for this important regional connection.
Greyhoundβs Tenterfield bus stop is at United Service Station, 94 Rouse Street.
