Then on the 6th of May, Ulmarra Unit had a party celebrating going back on line, with attendance from Coutts Crossing Unit, Corindi/Woolgoolga Unit and Brushgrove Unit. And it was nice to see Mark here again.
Ulmarra Unit would like to thank Mark, Jessica Jefferies, Dona and Stewart for all their help getting our Unit back online.

On 29/4/2026 Ulmarra Unit had it's formal Reopening Celebration, with Commander Steve giving his Radio announcement. We would like to thank NEZ Deputy Zone Commander Lacey, Upper Clarence Commander Mark, Grafton Unit Commander Sharon for attending the event.
Steve also presented the Ulmarra Unit with a certificate of appreciation from the Ulmarra Village for participating in the 2026 Ulmarra Community Autumn Picnic In The Park

Mark made a Big announcement at our meeting last night - Ulmarra Unit is now operational for Storm ground, chainsaw and support call outs! Congratulations to our leaders and members who have put in the time and effort to get us this far. It's been a long time coming.

On Wednesday 8.4.26 Ulmarra Unit members celebrated the Birthdays for the first four months. Happy Birthday to Joy and John!
Then Grafton Unit Commander Sharon finished the Field Beacon training with our members that were in the course.
