The R U OK? Conversation Convoy arrives in Tassie tomorrow!!!

EVERYONE is invited to welcome the convoy crew at a FREE community BBQ in Market Square Devonport from 12noon tomorrow, Wednesday September 9th.

Our mates will be there along with a range of other local service providers and community groups with plenty of opportunities to connect and share in meaningful conversations.

See you there!

Fathers Day weekend and the start of Spring offered up the perfect reasons to double up on Mr Perfect BBQ's in Ulverstone, Tasmania.

Yesterday our team cooked up a storm with the Ulverstone Mowers Ulverstone Mowers Fathers Day BBQ serving up bacon and egg rolls, burgers and snags.

Today we held our regular monthly BBQ where our mates enjoyed the sunshine, fresh air and conversations along with burgers, snags and lamingtons donated by long time Mr Perfect attendee Howard.
Super special thanks to Jenny at The Toffee Shop Ulverstone who kindly donated boxes of fudge for our men to enjoy. Jenny is always encouraging and regularly supports our community work in different ways.

Lastly a HUGE thank you to Shaun and Amy at McCarthy's Bread Lounge Ulverstone who continually support our local activities.

It's wonderful to have the backing of a locally owned family business and we encourage all our mates to support the people who play such an important part in us being able to hold our regular social events.

We look forward to welcoming the R U OK? Conversation Convoy to Tassie this Wednesday at 12noon in Market Square Devonport and the regular line up of Mr Perfect BBQ's in September with Port Sorell next Sunday, Devonport on the 20th and Wynyard on the 27th.

Busy start to September with Fathers Day events and the R U OK? Conversation Convoy arriving in Devonport ahead of R U OK? Day in Launceston on the 10th.

Highlights for this coming week include -

🔨Thursday September 3rd, Bunnings Warehouse Australia Devonport Family Night, Fathers Day Themed 6-8pm

⚒️Saturday September 5th, FREE community BBQ at Ulverstone Mowers and Chainsaws 9am-12noon

🍔Sunday September 6th, Mr Perfect FREE Fathers Day BBQ for Men at Otto's Grotto from 11am-12:30pm

🚍Wednesday September 9th, R U OK? Conversation Convoy free community BBQ lunch in Market Square Devonport from 12noon to 1:30pm

🚍Thursday September 10th, R U OK? Day Launceston at Civic Square between 11am and 3:30pm

"Wynyard BBQ, NW Tasmania - Felt a little like spring has arrived today in Wynyard with the sun shining and blue sky everywhere you looked.

Great to catch up with all our mates in the area who have helped grow the Wynyard location over the past couple of years. Always pleased to see men attending a BBQ for the first time and how welcoming all the regulars are.

September brings more opportunities to catch up with Fathers Day BBQ's on next Saturday Ulverstone Mowers Fathers Day BBQ and Sunday Mr Perfect Ulverstone and the R U OK? Conversation Convoy Tasmanian tour kicking off in Devonport on Wednesday the 9th.
