Quarterly Staff Meeting – 26 June 2026

During the quarterly staff meeting held on 26 June 2026, staff members who attended the one-week Service Excellence and Citizen-Centric Mindset training at Royal Institute of Management (RIM) presented what they had learned and shared their knowledge with all staff.

The main topics presented were:

1. Citizen-Centric Mindset
2. Mindfulness
3. Active Listening
4. No Wrong Door
5. Communication Skills

The session was very meaningful and informative, as it provided valuable insights to all staff. Through their presentations, staff learned many new things that will help improve service delivery and enhance the quality of services provided to citizens.

In addition, two staff members who were already assigned to present during the meeting also delivered presentations on Effective Communication, Stress Management, and Professional Persona.
