On Thursday, May 28th, a Mental Health Awareness Month session was facilitated by our Trauma Informed Care and Training Programme Coordinator, Roshawan Ysaguirre, MSc., which brought together members of the PSU National Women’s Committee from across Belize to reflect on the theme “More Good Days, Together.” Participants engaged in meaningful discussions and reflective activities focused on mental wellness, self-compassion, and the realities women in the public service often carry, while also exploring practical tools for creating more balance and wellbeing in everyday life.
