Programs are designed to be preventative to support individuals and families that may need guidance or help with some of the things life throws at them. Our focus is to continue to help people find their path, and to support people to build on their strengths. Connected communities are stronger, healthier communities – social inclusion, isolation reduction and building resilience are key to that. By working in partnership with community groups and organizations, schools, and regional colleagues and agencies we are able to assist with a variety of needs.
