Many items are free to drop off at Eco Stations during regular business hours year-round.

Save Free Eco Station Weekends for items that usually cost a fee, such as:

🔌Appliances that use refrigerants (refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, ice maker, etc.)
🛋️Chairs and sofas
🛏️ Mattresses and box springs
🚽Toilets
🌱Sod, soil and rocks

Before waiting in a long line, check if the disposal of your items is always free.

Edmonton South Asians finalizing plans with city for central Diwali festival.

A small bear was seen on Ken Turner's Ring camera shortly after 1:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Cumberland neighbourhood, near 138th Street and 149th Avenue. Turner called the police due to safety concerns, as the location is close to walking paths and a school.
