At the Mapping Your Future Workforce workshop, employers and human resource professionals will learn strategies to attract immigrant talent and how to grow their workforce from within.

This interactive session, led by Celeste Gray from WILL Employment Solutions, will look at how skills mapping can help identify transferable skills. As well, tips on inclusive onboarding, mentorship, and workplace integration will be shared.

The event is led by FCJ Refugee Centre who will highlight current immigration options, eligibility criteria and practical next steps. A registered immigration consultant will also be available for no-cost one-on-one consultations.
