Bears are entering 𝗵𝘆𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗮, a period when they eat as many calories as possible before winter.
Right now, their main goal is simple: find food.

Garbage, birdseed, pet food, fruit trees, dirty BBQs, and other attractants can draw bears into our community, increasing safety risks for residents and often resulting in bears being destroyed after conflicts occur.

The best way to protect your family, property, and local wildlife is to remove attractants before bears find them.

Let's work together to keep our community safe.

Reminder that this will be happening today at 10:00 AM

We are taking steps to protect the community's water system.

There will be a brief water interruption community wide on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 for leak detection throughout the community. The interruption starts at 10:00 am and is expected to last up to 30 minutes.

Leak detection lets us find small underground leaks before they become bigger problems. Water lost this way puts extra strain on the reservoirs, so finding it now means a more reliable supply for everyone.

Please fill a few containers ahead of time so you have water on hand. When service returns, run your taps for a minute or two to clear any air from the lines.
