Update 2‼️
Both elevators are now in service! Thank you for your patience in this matter.

Update‼️
The larger of the elevators in Chancellor Paterson Library is now in service [located by the southwest stairwell; to the right of the main doors].

All library floors remain open and can be accessed using the stairwells located in all four corners of the building.

You can continue to borrow library materials as usual. If you need help accessing materials on the upper floors, please visit the Library Services Desk—we'll be happy to assist you.

We'll share updates here on our social media and through the Media Bulletin (email) as they become available.

Long weekend loading...☀️

The Library is checking out for the August long weekend! We'll be closed Sunday, August 2 and Monday, August 3 while we enjoy some sunshine and fresh air.

Whether you're checking out a new read, checking in with Mother Nature, or finally making progress on that ever-growing TBR pile, we hope your long weekend is filled with sunshine, great stories, and plenty of well-earned relaxation.

The Library is officially going into vacation mode! ☀️

Lakehead University Library will be busy catching some rays (hopefully!) and will be closed from Sunday, June 28 through Wednesday, July 1.

We'll be back, bright-eyed and well-read, when summer hours resume on Thursday, July 2. 😎
