When Maria's hours at work were reduced, she wasn't sure how she was going to make ends meet. She needed help paying her rent, but didn't know what programs were available, or where to start.

After contacting 211, she was connected with local housing supports, a food bank, and a community agency that helped her apply for financial assistance.

"I thought I'd spend hours calling different places," she said. "Instead, one conversation helped me figure out my next steps."

Every situation is different, but no one should have to navigate it alone.

Eligible households may receive:
โšก Upto $650 for natural-gas heated home
๐Ÿ  Upto $780 if your home is heated with electricity

LEAP is designed to help households facing an emergency who are at risk of having their utility service disconnected due to overdue bills.
