Celebrating the International Day of Yoga 2026, an Office Yoga session was organised for the Professionals with sedentary work setups.
The yoga teacher explained simple yoga practices that can be incorporated into daily life by taking out 5-10 minutes each day, adding a refreshing wellness dimension to an evening of dialogue and community engagement. 🇮🇳🇪🇪

The participants also benefited from discussions on Ayurvedic healing at the Ayurveda Lounge

Tartu residents braved the chilly rain to celebrate the 12th on Saturday, June 13, 2026. The Embassy of India in Tallinn hosted the free public event. It took place right in the middle of Tartu at the historic Town Hall Square (Raekoja Plats).

Ambassador Ashish Sinha and Vice Mayor Ms Kertu Vuks joined the gathering and brought out the message of ‘Yoga for Healty Ageing’ across geographies and cultures.
