Join us on Saturday for some Dinosaur Fun! 🦖🦕

We'll be celebrating dinosaur day with some dinosaur themed crafts. Come along to make your own triceratops, dinosaur sunset silhouette art and dinosaur puppets!

Saturday 6 June, 10:30am - 11:30am. It's free to attend and all crafts are suitable for ages 3+!

We have a great selection of LGBTQ+ books at the library to celebrate, a mixture of children's and adults!

We’ve had a great few days of building our bug house in the library garden!

Thank you to those that helped us, we hope everyone enjoyed putting it together.

We look forward to see what creepy crawlers make the house their home 🐞🕷️🪲

We know it's quite hot, but there's always time for a cup of tea! ☀

Our Tea & Chat sessions take place on the first and third Tuesday of every month, from 10:00am to 11:30am, offering a relaxed and welcoming space to meet new people or catch up with friends.

June's sessions are on the 2nd and 16th, and we’d love to see you there.

✏️ Calling all writers aged 5–15! Join our 2026 summer Reading Quest and enter our 500-word short story competition.

Your challenge: Choose one or more of our Curious Creatures and make them the main character in your story. What kind of mischief or adventures will the Curious Creatures get up to this summer?

We’ll be giving out bookish prizes for the winning entries! The deadline for short story submissions is 30 June 2026.

Join us this Saturday at Hoglets Craft Club!

Come along and enjoy making some fun parrot-themed crafts, including this pirate parrot paper craft! Choose from lots of different colours to create your own bright and colourful design.

Saturday 30 May, 10:30am - 11:30am. It's free to attend and all our crafts are suitable for ages 3+.
