❗To keep our residents and staff safe during these extreme weather conditions Canford Heath Library Parkstone Library and Winton Library will be closing at 3:30pm today.

Visit www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk/libraries to access free online information resources, eBooks, eAudiobooks, newspapers & magazines, view the catalogue and renew books.

We can't wait for this year's music-themed Summer Reading Challenge - and we thought, why should children have all the fun?! 🤩 From outrageous rockstar memoirs to musical murder mysteries, there's a book to suit everyone.

Highlights this week include the LAST session of Junior Chess Club before a summer break (it'll be back on 12 September); and the FIRST session of our Tech Buddy in residence. Plus Book Group with Linda, Wriggle & Rhyme with Jane, and free tap water available for all (don't say we don't treat you 😉)

24 local schools have each designed and made a wonderful wooden door based on one of their favourite books. There's one door hidden in each library across BCP and we're challenging you to find as many as possible this summer.

Maybe your phone has just updated itself and you can no longer find a favourite feature? Or you've just got a new tablet and you want help setting it up?
