First Calne Scouts Scouting in Calne for 100 years Welcome to the page of 1st Calne Scout Group.

We are the only group in Calne and provide Scouting for over 100 young people. We have an active Beaver Colony, Cub Packs, two Scout Troops and host an Explorer Unit.

Sharp Shooting Scouts

Over the last two Monday evenings the Scout Section was split up to go and visit the Patterdown Range in Chippenham. A great time was had by both groups with focus on following instruction, discipline, concentration and of course the target.

The Christmas Light Festival is coming around again on Saturday 29th November. Its our biggest fundraiser for the Group and we DEFINATELY NEED VOLUNTEERS to help this year. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE come along and help raise funds to keep YOUR childs Scout Group running. Volunteers are needed Friday evening for approx 1 hr to load minibus and any time you can spare 10.00-18.30 on the Saturday. Any questions please ask your leader or Jackie on 07762186127. Thank you
