TALKWORKS - NHS TALKWORKS is Devon’s NHS Talking Therapies service.

We are here to help adults, age 18+, across Devon (excluding Plymouth which is covered by Plymouth Talking Therapies), improve their mental and physical wellbeing. TALKWORKS is a free, confidential, service, part of NHS Talking Therapies, for people aged 18+ in Devon (excluding Plymouth), helping you to improve your mental and physical wellbeing. It’s and we want to say a huge thank you to our TALKWORKS volunteers across Devon.
We’re lucky to have such a wonderful group within our service and are grateful for the time they give to support our staff and service-users.

Look out for TALKWORKS at Exeter's Community Mental Health day, organised by the team at CoLab on Monday 1 June We'll be joining voluntary organisations, charities and statutory services at the Corn Exchange in Exeter to provide more information and answer questions about our free NHS Talking Therapies service.
We'll be sharing information about:
- Our one-to-one sessions with an NHS therapist or counsellor
- Our wellbeing workshops and interactive group courses
- Our online self-help
Come down and meet our team in the morning (between 10am and 1pm) or the afternoon (between 3pm and 6pm).

We had a brilliant time at the Devon County Show once again this year. We met lots of great people and handed out plenty of resources about our free NHS Talking Therapies service. It was a pleasure to share the stall with our Devon Partnership NHS Trust Together colleagues, in the sunshine. Our phone lines are closed today as it is Bank Holiday but will be back open tomorrow from 9am as normal.
If you need urgent mental health support during this time, please call NHS 111 and select the mental health option. You will then be put through to the Devon Partnership NHS Trust First Response service, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
