Let’s talk about double standards.

Labour received £64.47 million in donations in the full run up to the 2024 General Election, including a £4 million donation from Quadrature Capital, a hedge fund registered in the Cayman Islands. (openDemocracy)

And the money hasn’t stopped. Labour’s cumulative reported donations are now approx. £368 million, according to Donation Watch. (DonationWatch)

But now Reform UK has received £72 million from two donors, Ben Delo and Christopher Harborne, and suddenly Labour wants to change the rules.

That’s not reform, that’s changing the rules once someone else starts winning.

At least Reform’s donors have been upfront. Can Labour say the same about all of theirs?

And here’s the kicker: it’s Angela Rayner overseeing scrutiny of all this, the same Angela Rayner who resigned last September after breaching the Ministerial Code over her own stamp duty affairs!!

And under Andy Burnham, Louise Haigh has been made First Secretary of State, outranking most of the Cabinet, despite having a fraud conviction!!

Hypocritical doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Another billionaire has left the UK 🇬🇧

"So what, tax the rich"? A £3billion shortfall already means 450,000 taxpayers have to cover it. The Treasury's own forecast of £12.7billion lost over five years? That's 1.9 million taxpayers left holding the bill.

Meanwhile: unemployment at 4.9% — the highest since 2021. Vacancies at a 5-year low. Growth crawling at 0.4%.

Since Labour took power: 10,800 millionaires gone in year one — up 157%. 78 centi-millionaires. 12 billionaires. And 16,500 more forecast to leave in 2025 — more than any country on earth, including China.

Started under the Conservatives. Turbocharged by Labour.

Change starts at the ground level for our residents. We were voted in on a promise to make change throughout the county. Yesterday we shared how we will always put our residents first and how we do this.

People didn’t vote Reform for the same old. They voted for real change and the courage to do it.
