Bingham Arena, situated in Bingham, Nottingham is a leisure centre that caters for all individuals and provides numerous facilities.

Located in the heart of Bingham, we have fantastic range of facilities for everyone to enjoy, including a state of the art gym, two group exercise studios and dedicated spin studio, 25m swimming pool, separate teaching pool, jubilee hall and cafe. These include a state of the art fitness suite with over 80 stations, a Boditrax machine, 2 fitness studios, a dedicated spin studio, 25 metre pool, lea

rner pool, café and Jubilee Hall. Activities provided at Bingham Arena include swimming lessons for children and adults, group exercise classes and racket sports at Toot Hill Sports Centre. The new release of Les Mills BODYPUMP is launching soon!

We're proud to offer Les Mills group exercise classes and BODYPUMP is an integral part of our timetable.

BODYPUMP is the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music!
