Meet Compsognathus Longipes, one of the smallest dinosaurs ever discovered. Living around 150 million years ago during the Late Jurassic period, this fast little carnivore may have been tiny, but it was still a skilled hunter.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our brand new Explorer Ticket self-guided experience over the bank holiday weekend! 🦕✨

It was fantastic seeing so many people exploring the caves at their own pace, discovering the stories, history, and adventure hidden underground.

The weekend was a huge success and we loved every moment of it. Keep your eyes on this space… there’s plenty more exploring still to come 👀
