【台灣攜手日本，深化無人機產業合作，打造非紅供應鏈！】
呼應佳龍部長倡議的無人機外交及推動成立無人機國際學院，日前外交部「無人機小組」執行長江振瑋應 會長野波健藏邀請，前往日本參加「2026年國際無人機展覽」，江執行長並發表演說深入剖析台灣產業優勢及無人機外交戰略！
此外，在我國駐日本代表處李逸洋大使及工業技術研究院日本辦公室楊馬田所長共同見證下，江執行長也代表 與JDC野波會長簽署合作意向書，展現台日跨域整合推動無人機外交與產業合作的決心。
江執行長指出，台灣具備製造能力、資通訊技術與及非紅供應鏈韌性三大優勢，並建構出超過300家供應鏈業者的群聚生態系。我國政府將扮演「無人機外交領航員」，持續與 #日本 等第一島鏈國家建立戰略合作，透過教育訓練培育跨國專業人才，並連結產業聯盟、研發技術及認證機制等資源，提升台灣在無人載具領域的全球影響力。
JDC野波會長表示，台日面臨全球威權主義擴張的挑戰，建立兼具安全、可靠及高度資安保障的無人載具系統，是當前迫切的國家安全核心議題，期盼透過合作意向書的簽署，與台灣逐步打造堅實的區域民主供應鏈 🇹🇼 🇯🇵
Taiwan teams up with Japan to strengthen drone industry collaboration & forge non-red supply chains!
As part of efforts to realize the drone diplomacy espoused by MOFA Minister Lin Chia-lung and to expand the influence of the Global UAV Academy (GUAVA), the head of MOFA's drone diplomacy taskforce, Department of NGO International Affairs Director General Chiang Zhen-Wei, was invited by the chair of the Japan Drone Consortium, Nonami Kenzo, to attend Japan Drone 2026, where he gave a speech on his insights into Taiwan's industrial strengths and drone diplomacy strategy.
Chiang signed a letter of intent on Taiwan-Japan cross-sector drone diplomacy and industry collaboration with Nonami, representing the JDC, on behalf of GUAVA.
Chiang stated that Taiwan possesses strengths including manufacturing capacity, ICT technology, and non-red supply chain resilience, and has built a drone supply chain ecosystem comprising over 300 businesses. The government of Taiwan will serve as a navigator for drone diplomacy and continue to build strategic cooperation on talent cultivation, industry associations, R&D, and certification with first island chain countries like Japan to raise Taiwan's standing in the sector around the world.
Nonami stated that both Taiwan and Japan face the challenge of authoritarian expansionism, and the production of secure and reliable drone systems is critical to the security of both countries. He expressed hope that the signing of the letter of intent signals the beginning of efforts to build reliable regional democratic supply chains🇹🇼 🇯🇵
