Representing the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, the Directorate of Arecanut and Spices Development took part in 44th IITF 2025 at Bharat Mandapam,Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, from 14-27th Nov 2025 with a stall exhibiting spice samples, processed products, and posters on developmental programmes.
कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्रालय का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हुए, सुपारी एवं मसाला विकास निदेशालय ने 14 से 27 नवंबर 2025 तक भारत मंडपम, प्रगति मैदान, नई दिल्ली में आयोजित **44वें भारतीय अंतर्राष्ट्रीय व्यापार मेला (IITF) 2025** में भाग लिया। इस दौरान विभाग ने एक स्टॉल लगाया, जिसमें विभिन्न मसालों के नमूने, प्रसंस्कृत उत्पाद तथा विकासात्मक कार्यक्रमों से संबंधित पोस्टर प्रदर्शित किए गए।

Following the review, all old & non relevant files were weeded out in accordance with record management guidelines
स्वच्छता विशेष अभियान के अंतर्गत, सुपारी एवं मसाला विकास निदेशालय, कैलिकट द्वारा पुराने अभिलेखों की समीक्षा और रिकॉर्डिंग की गई। समीक्षा के पश्चात, सभी पुराने एवं अप्रासंगिक फाइलों को अभिलेख प्रबंधन दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार छांटकर नष्ट किया गया।

In line with the government's Swachhata Special campaign aimed at promoting cleanliness & environment sustainability, the Dte of arecanut & spices development Calicut successfully conducted the disposal of scrap items. The campaign focussed on identifying & safely disposing the unused materials from department premises.
स्वच्छता और पर्यावरणीय स्थिरता को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से सरकार के स्वच्छता विशेष अभियान के तहत, सुपारी एवं मसाला विकास निदेशालय, कैलिकट ने अनुपयोगी वस्तुओं के निस्तारण का कार्य सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न किया। इस अभियान का मुख्य उद्देश्य विभागीय परिसर में पड़ी अनुपयोगी सामग्री की पहचान कर उसे सुरक्षित रूप से निपटाना था।

A mass cleaning drive was organized by the Directorate of Arecanut and Spices Development, Calicut, at Government U.P. School, Bilathikulam, in collaboration with Kerala Agricultural University, on October 22, 2025, as part of the Swachhata special campaign. As part of the initiative, black pepper saplings were planted, and a kitchen garden was also established in the school premises.

22 अक्टूबर 2025 को स्वच्छता विशेष अभियान के अंतर्गत, सुपारी एवं मसाला विकास निदेशालय, कैलिकट द्वारा केरल कृषि विश्वविद्यालय के सहयोग से सरकारी यू.पी. स्कूल, बिलाथिकुलम में एक व्यापक स्वच्छता अभियान आयोजित किया गया। इस पहल के तहत काली मिर्च के पौधे लगाए गए तथा विद्यालय परिसर में एक रसोई बगीचा भी स्थापित किया गया।

Special Campaign 5.0 – Swachhata Initiative by DASD, Calicut

As part of the Special Campaign 5.0 on Swachhata, the Directorate of Arecanut and Spices Development (DASD), Calicut, organized a cleanliness drive within its office premises. All employees of the Directorate actively participated in the program, demonstrating their commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.

स्पेशल कैंपेन 5.0 – स्वच्छता पहल, DASD कालीकट द्वारा

स्पेशल कैंपेन 5.0 (स्वच्छता) के अंतर्गत, सुपारी एवं मसाला विकास निदेशालय (DASD), कालीकट द्वारा कार्यालय परिसर में स्वच्छता अभियान आयोजित किया गया। निदेशालय के सभी कर्मचारियों ने इस कार्यक्रम में सक्रिय रूप से भाग लिया और स्वच्छ कार्यस्थल बनाए रखने की प्रतिबद्धता दिखाई।

Director DASD briefed the farmers about the scheme and its expected outcomes. 25 progressive farmers from Kozhikode district participated and received free seed materials.

As a part of this an awareness class been organized to the sanitation workers.
Alongside preventive Healthcheckups were conducted to the shivirs and also distributed PPE kits and safety gears to safeguard the sanitation workers from occupational hazards.
