MaltaPost has taken another significant step in strengthening its commitment to employee wellbeing through the signing of a Service Agreement with Richmond Foundation.
The agreement was signed by Mr Joseph Gafa, Chief Executive Officer of MaltaPost, and Ms Daniela Calleja Bitar, Chief Executive Officer of Richmond Foundation, formalising a partnership aimed at promoting mental health and wellbeing across the organisation.
Under the Service Agreement, Richmond Foundation will provide MaltaPost employees, including the management team, with access to professional counselling, guidance and wellbeing support services, ensuring that confidential assistance is readily available to those facing personal or work-related challenges.
The initiative reinforces MaltaPost's commitment to fostering a workplace where employees feel supported, valued and encouraged to seek help whenever needed.
