CONGRATULATIONS ARE IN ORDER🎉
Mr Jonatan Hamulungu, Chief Auditor in the Performance and Environment Directorate at the Office of the Auditor-General, has reached a significant professional milestone by completing the Professional Education for SAI Auditors (PESA) program.
This achievement reflects Mr Hamulungu's exceptional commitment to public sector auditing. He completed all mandatory coursework, submitted a comprehensive Initial Professional Development portfolio, and passed two rigorous assessment examinations in November 2025. In recognition of his technical expertise and ethical standards, the INTOSAI Development Initiative and INTOSAI officially conferred upon him the title of INTOSAI IDI Certified SAI Performance Auditor.
Now part of the international PESA Learning Circle alumni network, Mr Hamulungu is poised to continue his journey of continuous professional development. His certification is a proud milestone for him and reinforces high-quality audit practices, strengthening institutional capacity in public-sector auditing.
