Calling applications from interested and relevant applicants for the International Course on 'Developing Organizational and Community Resilience System', scheduled from 6-18 December 2026, at MCTC - The Golda Meir MASHAV Carmel International Training Center, Israel.
The purpose of the course is to share Israeli expreience and models of building organizational and community resilience systems.
Aim of the course:
- analyze critical challenges and stress factors of the community in times of crisis,
- plan and build strategy for communities and organizations dealing with crisis,
- explore models and practices of cooperation between government, local bodies, business and communities on building resilience systems,
- explore models and practices of resilience focusing on specific population groups,
- discuss types of trauma therapy that assist in strengthening communities and building resilience
- exchange experiences and ideas on concepts, programs and methodologies applied in participant's country
Who can apply?
- representatives of governmental, civil society and internationals organizations, local government and social services, as well as psycologists and social workers,
- preference will be given to candidates with experience in crisis management,
- candidates with background in relevant fields,
- three years of work experience,
- full command of English
