Just a reminder that our Our PTA AGM is coming up next week on Monday 8th June at 3pm.

This is an important meeting for the future of the Kaimai School PTA, and we would really love to see as many of our Kaimai School community there as possible.

We will be calling for nominations for Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. These roles need to be filled for the PTA to continue.

Please come along, ask questions, and consider whether you could help support the PTA in some way.

Our school and tamariki benefit so much from PTA support. We would love to keep that going. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.💚

Well done to our Year 5–6 EPro8 team, 'Electric Kaimai', who competed in the 2026 EPro8 Challenge held at Ōtūmoetai Intermediate School on Thursday. It was a very close competition this year and our team showed excellent Resilience | Manawaroa during the intense two-and-a-half-hour construction and problem-solving period.

The team chose the Solar Panel challenge and ended up placing 4th equal on 180 points, only 20 points shy of first place! As a school, we are incredibly proud of how they conducted themselves and represented us.
