Selwyn Aquatic Centre A fantastic aquatic facility in Rolleston suitable for all ages! The Selwyn Aquatic Centre opened on 24 June 2013.

The centre features an 10-lane 25metre main pool, an 8- lane 25m programme pool, hydrotherapy, learn to Swim and a leisure pool with a lazy river pool. We have a swim school and cater for people of all ages, our pools are accessible and have walk in access. Our hours are 6am - 9pm Mondays - Fridays, and 8am - 8pm on weekends and public holidays. Sensory Time will take a two week break over the school holidays and return next term.

⭐ Sensory Time provides a fun, supportive pool environment for young children to explore the water, build confidence and enjoy sensory play.

Our trained swim instructor is in the pool during the session and available for advice, tips and tricks.

Our Swim for Stamina event on Saturday 12 September was a huge success, and we couldn’t be prouder of everyone who took part! πŸ‘

Our swimmers challenged themselves to swim 250m, 800m or an incredible 1500m, putting their stamina, determination and swimming skills to the test.

Whether they swam their first 250m or took on the full 1500m, every swimmer should be proud of what they achieved. 🌊

Four days of consecutive lessons gives your child extra time to practise, become more comfortable in the water and work on those all-important swimming skills.

Join us at Selwyn Aquatic Centre on Saturday 19 September from 5.30–8pm for an evening created especially for women and girls to feel confident, comfortable and safe enjoying the pool.

πŸ’¦ All ages welcome
πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§ Women and girls only entry from 4.30pm
πŸ‘Ά Boys aged 5 and under can attend with their mother/caregiver
πŸ§• A prayer room is available for anyone who needs it
πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ Friendly female staff will be on hand throughout the evening to support you
