A Ho**er Valley Track update many have been waiting for… ⁣
⁣
The support towers are now in place for what will become New Zealand’s longest swing bridge, stretching 189 metres across the Ho**er River. It’s a major milestone and a reflection of the incredible work by the Department of Conservation team and contractors, who have been operating in challenging alpine conditions to bring this project to life. ⁣
⁣
It is expected to open in late July / early August, and the anticipation continues to build. This iconic track has certainly been missed, but what’s taking shape promises to be well worth the wait. ⁣
