The City Government of Cabadbaran conducted the ๐ซ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐ ๐๐๐

๐ป๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐๐๐๐ today, August 20, 2026, recognizing the important role of the local transport sector in providing daily mobility and service to the people of the city.
The activity was graced by City Mayor Judy Chin Amante and City Vice Mayor Leo Dale A. Corvera, together with Councilor Abner Caga-anan, Chairperson of the Committee on Transportation, Communication and Information, who delivered messages underscoring the vital contribution of tricycle drivers to the community. Also present were Councilors Don Dagani, Doris Paler, and Val Villanueva.
Adding to the discussions, Councilor Celson Sanchez gave a brief overview of the recently approved city ordinance creating the Cabadbaran City Tricycle Fare Regulatory Board (CTFRB), which establishes the Board's composition, powers, and functions, and provides guidelines and procedures for the study, adjustment, and approval of fare matrices for tricycles-for-hire operating within the city, including the fixing of a provisional fare matrix.
Another highlight of the activity was the recognition of ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐
๐๐ ๐ฉ. ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, a tricycle driver who demonstrated honesty and integrity by returning to the Mayor's Office the belongings left behind by a passenger in his tricycle. His commendable act was formally recognized and awarded, serving as a meaningful example of honesty and responsibility within the transport sector.
Through initiatives that recognize both the needs and contributions of the transport sector, the City Government of Cabadbaran reaffirm its commitment to supporting those who play an essential role in keeping Cabadbaran moving.
