The University of San Jose โ€“ Recoletos Library System extends its heartfelt gratitude to Atty. Anastacio T. Muntuerto, Convenor of the Cebu Citizens Initiative (CCI), for generously donating two (2) copies of From Watershed to City to our University Library.
