Taway Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay.

Upon arrival at the scene, the responding team found the patient seated on a chair, conscious, alert, and responsive, with a chief complaint of dizziness. A primary assessment was immediately conducted, which revealed elevated blood pressure. According to the patient, the dizziness and generalized body weakness began while walking.

Appropriate first aid was rendered by applying a cold compress and providing oral fluids as tolerated to promote hydration and patient comfort. The patient was assisted into a comfortable position while continuous monitoring of the airway, breathing, circulation, vital signs, and overall condition was maintained throughout the intervention.

Conducted by the ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ”๐ญ๐ก ๐ˆ๐๐…๐€๐๐“๐‘๐˜ (๐“๐ˆ๐†๐๐€๐๐€๐‹๐ˆ๐๐Ž๐ƒ) ๐๐€๐“๐€๐‹๐‹๐ˆ๐Ž๐, ๐Ÿ๐ˆ๐ƒ, ๐๐€, at Delta Company Brgy. Magdaup, Ipil Zamboanga Sibugay. Designed to strengthen inter-agency coordination and emergency preparedness, the joint initiative combined expert-led lectures with practical, high-pressure field simulations.

Participants honed critical life-saving skills including rapid patient assessment, hemorrhage control, airway management, shock prevention, triage, and coordinated casualty evacuation specifically tailored for high-risk and hostile environments. By putting inter-agency teams togethe through realistic, scenario-based exercises, the training reinforced the essential roles of unified command, clear communication, and seamless interoperability during large-scale disasters, armed conflicts, and complex emergencies.

Beyond skill-building, the training fostered stronger inter-agency bonds and seamless knowledge-sharing among responders. These joint efforts directly strengthen the provinceโ€™s collective readiness, ensuring a faster, unified, and more resilient response to complex emergencies.

These activities aim to improve physical conditioning, enhance stress managament and promote overall well-being. These activities every Thursday will include ball games and other similar recreational sports that encourage teamwork, physical agility and cardiovascular fitness. Aerobics/Zumba which aim to improve endurance, flexibility, coordination and mental resilience and other physical or mental activities.
